Speaking of eating - any of yous have any tips on maintaining good energy levels while operating at a caloric deficit? Most of the time I've felt pretty good, but lately I've been feeling like I'm dragging a bit. Just poking around the interwebs says that I should do things like ensure that my iron intake is up to snuff, and I'm also wondering if my hydration levels are poor with warmer weather finally hitting MN. Any other ideas?
