Still a pretty bike, worth maybe half the BIN on a good day, provided it hasn't been rode hard and put up wet (for which, of course, the photos provide NO clue), and provided it's been fully tuned with fresh lube (which, given his use of nomenclature in the ad, isn't likely).
I didn't even bring up the issue of his pics. Yeah, could be a great bike; get the model right, get some decent pics, price it right. But for a willfully ignorant new seller (just joined, one rating) trying to make a quick buck, any knowledgeable vintage Trek buyer is going to steer FAR clear from this guy.
