I have a set of Velo-Orange Crazy Bars - with the bull horns built in. I was wondering what alternative there is to the black spongy foam slip on grip material. The bull-horns are 23.8mm. Not looking for tape but some sort of longer grip that is flexible enough to handle the bend the the bullhorn.

There are any number of grips that you could use but you can't use lock-on type, obviously. It will have to be some kind of foam material.
ESI are a silicon rubber foam and are pretty good.
ODI makes a number of rubber grips that aren't foam.
Lizard Skins also makes a number of nonfoam grips.
Wolf Tooth Components also makes silicon rubber grips.
