And the OP has been a member since May of 2004 and you're telling me this: "From their post, it's apparent the OP may not have a lot of experience with different aspects of biking. To you or me it may appear to be an obvious question, but not everyone has a lot of riding experience." You're doing it again. Plus, his question had nothing to do with riding. It was cosmetic and could have very well been asked on a forum about wall hangings. You don't need riding experience to know how to hammer a nail or wrap a tube around another tube.
