Haven't tried carrying pizza home on the bike; take & bake is 3 blocks from home, but I feel ya about the second breakfast (very hobbitish). When I take leftover pizza to work, I take it out of the fridge about 30 minutes before lunch to let it warm up to "cool". I've never been able to hold off more than 20 minutes.
