I have a trainer I can put my bike on and a webcam. I'm wondering if bike fit apps (phone/computer) are any good..
Has anyone had success using one of those bike fit apps? Any recommendations?

Feeling more pressure on my shoulders/neck lately and don't want to spend hundreds on pro fit. I ride a few hours a week.
