No it doesn't. It's a PDF document that discusses how to care for Kestrel bars, and that's it.
There is only a tiny one-sentence blurb on that document that basically says Kestrel EMS Pro and EMS Pro/OS bars are OK to use with clip-ons, while the EMS SL's are not. Why you couldn't just mention that instead of referring people to an irrelevant PDF document is beyond me.
