Bikes: Velosolex St. Tropez, LeMond Zurich (spine bike), Rotator swb recumbent

I use a chain checker, and change at .75. As I said, I've never had a problem with chainrings. I was still running the original cassette (13 years, 2-3K miles/year) with no problems.
