I'm thinking that's a Super Carrera? Circa about 1980? It has braze on cable guides. Windsor was a bit behind the curve on that, so IMO this is one of the later bikes. They were on their way out at least in the US market by this point.

Frame tubes were probably Tange DB. Anyone have a catalog?
