* yes, @BillyD accurately described my interaction with Vol - not hostile just good old fashioned ball busting, at least from my perspective. He is very obtuse which can be frustrating.
* since I can't seem to improve power I decided to get speed with more aerodynamic position on the bike. No aero bars just lower and flatter. So far it is working, I Have 2 personal bests on my tune up ride I use to train for my benchmark ride up north. I am probably going up there in August to see if I can find my 90 seconds. I have another month of practice rides so maybe I can do it. some may suggest "why bother" and just when I get to that point I can't bring myself to give up. At this point there is no quit in me. someday maybe, just not now.
* content quality is very low. Sad!
*the year of Datlas has been bad for the namesake. health issues and equipment breakdowns. Sad!
