I'm not sure why do you have a camel's drinking habits (or similarly unusual writing style) but just want to give you a bit of advice - sooner or later you'll definitely find out "by doing what you do" that you is not a camel and that your body does indeed need water "during heated activity". And this will be an extremely painful wake-up call - kidney stones are no fun, believe me. Yeah, first hand experience...

As for 90 oz a day limit, I've no idea where this comes from but from experience I know that during hot summer days and hard rides it is about 1 water bottle (21 oz) per hour, give or take. So, it can get way past 90 oz for 1 day if ride is long.
