I've been on hookless rims for a couple years now. I didn't see any specs, just pictures and some text about how the spokes are "calibrated" and the hub is "low friction" as if all the other hubs in the world were made to waste energy. But at 28 to 32 mm, you're running 50 to 80 psi.
Hooks are structurally challenging and need reinforcement, hookless designs tend to be lighter and more impact resistant. Impact strength shouldn't be an issue in road, but we have some crappy roads.
But with 28mm+ tires, you are way over the 105% aero rule on these wheelsets.
Most 25mm tires will be way over 26mm on these hoops.
