Cool bike, I assume it's custom built in Colombia? This bike has top notch parts throughout and top notch frame tubing. You obviously know that which is why you picked up the bike even though it was not your size. What makes valuation difficult is that the "brand" is unknown in the States which is were most of us are located.

I'd value it in the neighborhood of a custom built bike from that era with similar parts. It gets a bump up for condition and perhaps a bump down for being from an unknown builder. I'd value it in the neighborhood of $500 plus as it sits; sadly it is worth more as a part out than as a complete bike. That's a cool crank (stronglight 106), cool RD (super record), cool brakes (CLB), and hubs (pelissier professional). Many of these are high end parts that you do not see everyday.
