First of all, I wouldn't part this one out. Not saying you would.

It's a beautiful survivor that doesn't deserve to get pulled apart.

Now, the market won't likely go for big $$$$.

As nice as it is, there simply aren't that many buyers looking for a TS Isaacs at this point.

If it were offered at the low end, say $500 to $750, I think it would make an exceptional project and could be a real bike to be proud of for years to come.

Why don't you PM forum member John Thompson.

If I remember, he has a beautiful example of a TS Isaacs and could likely fill in the blanks for you.

Finally, what's the frame size? I've owned three bikes built from SP and I liked the way they rode.
No worries about parting it out Grady, I don’t own it. I’ve never been able to bring myself to part out a bike either. It’s on my local Craigslist, for 1,500. I assumed 1,500 was steep and 1,000 was pretty fair. Still, this is a top shelf frame with all top shelf components. I even like the selection of SP tubing. However, finding the Melton for sale here will likely mean that I’m going to pass on this one.
