Sad thing is, even $1K will not attract many buyers on CL. In my area, any bike over $300 struggles there. If the seller really wanted to get it into the hands of the right buyer, try selling it here or on any of the FBM classic bike groups. Then the price is commensurate with the quality and the maker, both top-notch. If this frame were my size, I'd be all over it.
CR would be a great place to notify potential buyers, as well as ebay.
CL just doesn't cut it anymore.
I find it to be an almost total waste of my time for bike related items.
I certainly could be wrong, but $1,500 is a really optimistic number.
It looks like a great bike and would be fun to own, but let's face it.
The bike business is super saturated with product and the only categories I see selling well right now are off road/all road or ebikes.
One almost has to give away used bikes atm.
