Welcome to the forum, and enjoy your shopping, taking your good time. A good bike shop with a well-trained salesperson should fit the saddle heights to a point on your hip/crotch. These heights should be the same across the bike sizes. The looks MAY be enough to tell you. Depending on the shop, if you have access to the mechanics, they may be more likely to be well-trained and experienced. Take your time riding the sizes, and YOU decide what feels best. I'm 6'1"/1.85, but also have a 33" inseam (and 34" sleeve). My DS 8.5 is a 19.5, and my MTBs and electric are 19s. I'm sure this would correspond to large in today's DS sizing. BTW, for other references, my road bike is a 58cm, and my Sirrus hybrid is a large. Take your time, and if 10 minutes isn't enough, take 20. I'm tempted to recommend based on my sizes and experiences, but I'd be contradicting myself. Again: welcome, enjoy, and take the time you want -with time, you'll gain confidence to trust your feel, and make your selection.
