In the auto C&V World and RV World where they age out tires rather than by milage we use Griot's rubber cleaner and then Aerospace Protectant 303. I coat all my hoods every year at the max with 303 and they look good. I can't help with a repair recommendation but like 303 for maintaining the current condition.
