^ I did look at that one. I have two issues at the top tube triangle. The down tube is welded to the top tube for a distance of around 3 to 4 inches from the head tube, so I'd only be able to use the rear strap.

How long are the straps for the top tube? The circumference of my top tube is a little over 6 inches.
