Well, I'm one of the "older" of the board, at 57. That's right at middle age (mid-point) for a bicyclist who rides conservatively. I plan on riding many, many more years. I also feel like a child again on a bicycle during a fine spring morning with the birds out, surprising a squirrel on the path, watching the sunlight filter through the Douglas Fir trees that line several areas of my commute route, and simply enjoying the ability to move myself in a very efficient, silent manner.
