Hard ride yesterday. I felt great until I didn’t, about 55 miles into 80. I got severe cramps in both legs and had to drop my work effort way back. Another rider was bonking at the same time, so we sent the rest of the group ahead and limped back at a much reduced pace.

It was still a good ride.
