Hadn't seen many 5 speeds and wondered if this was really a 3 speed that was modified into a 5 speed. Clearly the bars aren't original.

First 4 photos as as found in friends garage. He was given it by someone who didn't know how to change a rear tire. Stylized writing is not something I'd seen before either. Has a made in Canada sticker but not finding anything on this one on line. Tried 5 speed Raleigh/5 speed Raleigh City Tourer/Raleigh City Tourer and even variations of 3 speed Raleigh City Tourer.

I have simply cleaned it and installed the new tire on the rear. Assuming it's newer but wondered if anyone knew these??
