qnat is absolutely right, if you are filling in the anti-theft protection offer information for your new Evolution Mini (thank you, by the way!) the serial number refers to the number on your bike. There is a spot a couple of lines further down on the form for your key number.
fixedpip - good feedback about the key number tag. I'll forward that along to our product manager.
