New, from a well know retailer running a labor day sale. I would rather get the cheaper, unavailable bike and trade the 1 pound weight savings for the $250 savings. I can tolerate the higher price since it gets me a ~17.5 pound bike. Things have changed over the past 15 years. :shrug emoji:
