Giant makes a reservoir that can be pumped up with a regular bike pump. I have one and use it to seat my tubeless road tires. I pump to 160 psi, then open the valve so all of the air rushes into the tire.

I have used this to re-inflate utility trailer tires (for automobile use) as it throws a whole bunch of air volume at once.
