Light & Motion GoPro mount adapter

I have on on every bike. Tons of out-front mounts with integrated GoPro mounts (K-Edge, BarFly, F3, plenty of no-name Chinese offerings)

I have a L&M Urban 1000, it has the flash/pulse mode, which works quite well for daytime use.
