You may only need the change the front rotor, as the limit for the rear is when the wheel locks up, which it can likely do easily, especially when you are braking hard up front and shifting the weight off of the rear. Many autos have bigger front rotors for this reason. You can always change the rear later but it probably won't make much improvement.
