According to the formula I have used successfully for 40 years, the 84.5 cm inseam would indicate a 56 C to C frame. The formula I use is the LeMond-Guimard one. There are several others that might work for you. Generally most people can fit a range of frame size. Mine is 54-56. When I started doing this I was 5'10.5" with a 32.5" (82.55 cm) inseam. Sounds like your inseam is longer than mine and your reach may be shorter. Perhaps a change in stem length would help.
