Well, I was thinking something less formal that covers the unwritten rules and/or preferences of the community. If I have time I'll take a crack at it and see what folks think. Maybe called something like "If you're new to classic/vintage bikes, please read this before posting."
The intent, I guess, would be to preserve norms that make this website a pleasant place to exchange information, ideas, and pics. Norms vs rules.
