Was coming back from NYC last night and took upper level. All structural steel for the new ramps are in and looks like concrete has been poured for the entire length. New ramp leading to original bridge sidewalk is poured on north side. No idea on whether the new pathway on the actual bridge has been started or poured. Couldn't see it.
