Pretty happy with the morning ride. Couldn't dawdle all day, family stuff later, so I rode one of my standard 2h 30m loops, but did it in about 2h 16m. Effort numbers were good (for me), flirting with 800kJ/hr and an NP of 240w. I'm not going to be threatening any land speed records, but it's nice to see progress.
