My 2019 goals (and results):

56:xx 40k ITT (I did 57:00 at State ITT so I'm gonna call it 56:60)
Top 5 at State ITT for Cat 3 (5th)
Don't crash (Oops - got caught up behind a crash in a crit)
Don't get burned out by May (Burned out in August)
