Yup, that's one cracked helmet. I'm considering ponying up some bigger bucks for a lighter-cooler (as in more air vents) helmet for the summer here in Texas. I'll keep my current one for cooler rides and short neighborhood rides. Wouldn't hurt to have a backup for the situation you've found yourself in where you want to ride but are out a helmet.
