The cage isn't going to change whether the 32 clears the pulley. It's unlikely that it will, but depends on the configuration of the dropout. Try it and see. If it doesn't work, Wolf Tooth, MTB derailleur or reversed B screw are some options. Why not go to a compact crank if you need easier gearing?
