I went by there last night as well and could see the columns for the south ramp. And going the other way on Friday I saw the winding ramp on the north side. Not sure what the plan is though. It would be nice if the south ramp could be put in place and used while the entire north side is rebuilt.
North side is all being worked on at once from what I can see. I just can't remember from a port authority link if the entire walk way was being widened. But the N/B winding ramp is essentially finished minus some cosmetic stuff and the park exit.
