Thje subject bicycle appears to be a 1984 Nashbar ST Road. If so, the tubeset is an unidentified Ishiwata double butted CrMo. The derailleurs should be SunTour Cyclone MKII. The crankset should be an SR CTC. The brakeset should be the ubiquitous Dia-Compe 500N. The wheels should be Sun Tour hubs laced to 700C Araya 20C rims. Claimed weight of 22 lbs for the 23" size. MSRP - $ 349 US.

This one appears to be OEM with the exception of the saddle and bar tape. One pedal cap is missing. Provided there are no major issues this is a very good deal. The Nashbar models from this are were typically manufactured by Maruishi. This was a nice mid-range model and great value in its day.
