if they are stuck then money would need to come my way to take it. Not literally but a year ago I had to resort to lye to "melt" out a seat post in an RB-1. Never, Never, Never, Never, Never, Never, again. You say it needs a stem and seat post. Are they stuck? Do they move? I hope so.
