hmmmmmmmmm....... that seat post is way too low. Stem way too high. Weird handlebars. What a mess. If you could disassemble the whole thing without problems then, the parts are worth something. The frame & fork alone is worth a hundred bucks. If nothing is stuck & wheels are OK, I might give $200 for it.
