The problem with this thread is mistake of fact.
OP didn't see someone riding 'no hands'; op saw someone trying desperately to find their illusory drop bars prior to entering a curve in order to trail-brake before hitting the apex.
OP misunderstood the situation because a big gust of wind blew his hands off the hoods and distracted him. I'd also like to know if OP's really bright daytime lights were wearing helmets.
