This is a TA chromed, steel wire support rack for handlebar bags. It was previously used with a Velo Orange Campagne bag. The rack was mounted on brazed-on Mafac Competition centerpull brakes but will fit other regular Mafacs with the alloy brake bridge. The arms' mounting tabs flex and so the rack may be usable on Weinmann centerpulls although I have no direct knowledge that this is the case.
