Original, used pulloffs. Rider quality, road rash, see the pics. Levers have newer Cane Creek covers. The adjuster barrels are frozen, but I sprayed them with PB Blaster. I haven't had time to see if they unfroze.$35 + shipping. Can do about $8 for shipping if you don't mind the calipers disassembled and put in a padded flat rate envelope.
