I do everything possible to avoid inclement weather. EpicRide is my go-to quick check. I've only been caught in the rain twice, quite warm, hot weather. These were thunderstorms that made the temps plunge 20 degrees or more almost instantly. No rain gear. Not fun!
Yeah, well nothing was in the weather forecast or even oddly on the radar. Just a cloudy day - but apparently included some popup showers.
I did duck under cover for 5 minutes when it started pelting, but mostly it was just a general light rain. Felt pretty nice after commuting in the hot humid sun all summer.
