My comment/question was addressed to Maitreya from NM (not the OP) who posted that he was amazed that they have cars parked that way.
But whatever, posters from Boston do seem to post in mysterious ways, sometimes imagining discussions, sometimes posting irrelevant or obscure B.S. dredged up from frantic Googling in order to
