Yea, definitely. Once you have enough miles in your legs, DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) stops happening. Your muscles will fatigue during a ride, but they won’t be sore the next morning.

I started road riding again 14 weeks ago. My legs stopped being sore around week 9.
