Ha. I had similar concerns and would forego ibuprofen and get **** sleep because my legs were aching
just enough to make it difficult to fall asleep. And then I saw the doses that were involved in the study - 1200mg on the regular. And growth wasn't completely stymied, it just wasn't as good as with low/no dose, from my understanding. Anyway, yeah - now I don't have quite the same reservations about taking 400mg once or twice a month if it helps me sleep (which is purty darned important for recovery, too).
