Yes I would say that is a good buy for a quality full carbon road bike with Ultegra and DA that is at most 4 years old!

Id say youre getting the much better value with the used BMC Slr02. The new Caad 12 will cost you at least $1600 or so, and likely come with 105 for that price.

If you are looking at a comparable mid range ultegra bike new, such as perhaps the Canyon Endurace CF SL (not slx), you are looking at $2800.
