Lesson learned. Inspect items thoroughly before handing over money. I'm sorry to say, but I don't have any empathy towards that.

It's always a risk buying used, but there are a lot of wealthy people out there that are ''getting rid'' of their products. My bike was 10 months old when I bought it, and the 1st owner sold it to me for the equivalent of 3000$ above what he had paid. That's a lot of beer.
