60 & In my best shape
I’m 60 now and in my best shape since I was 30. Thanks to biking. I have been biking during part time job usually 5 to 10 miles for 9 years now. But I got a road bike this year (versus my trail bikes) and try to commute into work 3 miles now expanded to 16 miles. Then try 16 miles home. What a difference that has made. I dropped 15 lbs and I feel great. The ‘during work’ miles did not help burn calories. But I wasn’t driving and slacking. I now have 2600 miles on this year.
Stop driving and start bike commuting. It will really change your life.
