Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

Buy a suitable model Shiftmate and make all the problems go away. Having standard 10-speed Shimano cassettes work properly with Campy brifters and rear derailleur is easy with it.
