I would encourage strategic replacement parts- the soft parts, then cables, chain rings, ( pinned and ramped even)
various springs.
brake cable adjusters
pre cpsc brake quick release levers.
bearing sets.
+ BB axis and cones (the titanium version might also push its price down)
Head set upper nut (This wouldn't be in vain for C-Record either)
