I haven't had any issues at all. The 2nd batch were great. After 4+ years I haven't changed much, just removed the front disc brakes. The rest is identical. No problems with hinge and seat tube interfaces.
It isn't clear the company is still trading. They had problems with authorities and were forced to shut down and move.
